Press this key to scan a color picture into your graphics application such as Photoshop or Corel, for viewing and editing.
Print:
15Job Cancel
Terminates a print job in process and ejects the printout.
16Menu
Each key press shows the next Menu option: 1.INITIAL SETUP, 2.PRINT OPTIONS, and 3.RESET PRINTER. After you select the menu, then select the setting to change.
17Paper Clip Tray
To avoid paper jams while copying and scanning, remove all paper clips and staples and place them in this convenient tray.
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display):

Displays messages to help you set up and operate your machine.
19Ratio
Enlargement and reduction percentages will be displayed
20Contrast
This area shows the degree of contrast you selected by pressing the Contrast key.
21Toner Empty Icon
The toner icon flashes on and off when toner is low, so you’ll know to order another toner cartridge. You will be able to print until the indicator stays on.
