You can use the following optional conversion lenses with this camcorder. Before you attach a conversion lens, perform the procedure below to optimize the autofocus and minimum object distance for the particular

80accessory.

1 Open the [Conversion Lens] submenu.

[~Camera Setup] >[Conversion Lens]

2Select [TL-H58] or [WA-H58] and then press SET.

The image stabilization method, minimum focusing distance and the approximate distance to the subject displayed on the screen will change depending on the conversion lens selected.

Select [Off] if you do not intend to use a conversion lens.

NOTES

Even if [~Camera Setup] >[AF Mode] >[Speed] was set to [High] or [Medium], it will change automatically to [Normal] when using a conversion lens.

Vignetting may occur when taking wide angle shots with the optional TL-H58 Tele-converter.

When [Conversion Lens] is set to [WA-H58], the telephoto end will be more limited than the wide-angle end.

If you set an assignable button to [TL-H58] or [WA-H58] (A129), you can press the button to turn on/off the optimized settings for the selected conversion lens.
