3 Dampen a clean cloth, wring it out completely, then use it to clean the printer exterior surfaces, tray, ventilation vent (a), and power cord plug. After cleaning, make sure that everything is free of dirt and paper dust, then use a clean, dry cloth to wipe dry the cleaned surfaces.
