Procedure

Step1 Select the number to dial.

Step2 From the application menu, choose Services > Dial With CiscoUPC.

Step1 Following standard Address Book procedures, click the number.

Step2 Choose Dial With CiscoUPC.

Responding to Incoming Calls

You can always answer calls using your desk phone.

If Cisco UnifiedPersonal Communicator is running on your computer when

someone calls you, a pop-up notification appears at the lower left corner of your

computer screen, with options for you to choose from.

To Do This Do This

Answer a call with

audio only.

•To answer using your soft phone: In the pop-up

notification, click the Answer Call button.

•To answer using your desk phone: Answer your

Cisco UnifiedIP Phone as you normally would.
