Cleaning the Aftercooler ( c o n t i n u e d )

5Remove the aftercooler assembly from the aftercooler housing.

6Clean the aftercooler assembly using a mild soap and water. Let the after- cooler dry thoroughly before installation.

CAUTION: During the cleaning process, DO NOT cut or remove the stainless steel wire that holds the aftercooler assembly together.

7Inspect the condition of the gasket. If it is damaged, replace the gasket.

8Reassemble by repeating the steps in reverse order.
