Syntax:	<ESC>*c###E
Where:	###	- Is the ASCII value of the character, three digits maximum, 0 to
		999.

This command contains all of the information for one downloaded character.

Syntax:	<ESC>(s###Wnn…n
Where:	###	-	Is the number of bytes of bit-mapped data, three digits maximum,
			1 to 999.
	nn…n	-	Is the bit-mapped data.
