3.Set the printer port to EpsonNet Print Port. Refer to “Configuring the Printer Port” in the Network Guide to find the instructions.

For Windows NT 4.0 users

1.Make sure that the printer is turned on. Insert the printer software CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive.

2.Click Start, point to Settings, and click Printers. Then double-click the Add Printer icon.

3.The Add Printer Wizard appears. Confirm that the My Computer check box is selected and click Next.

4.Click Add Port.

5.Select LPR Port and click New Port.

6.Specify the IP address and port name, then click OK.

7.Click Close.

8.Confirm that the port you registered is selected and click

Next.

9.Specify the following path for the CD-ROM. If your CD-ROM drive is D:, the path will be

D:\ADOBEPS\ENGLISH\WINNT40\PS_SETUP. Then click OK.

Note:

Change the drive letter as needed for your system.

10.Select the printer and click Next.

11.Follow the on-screen instructions for the rest of the installation.
