Sensor Lock

The SENSOR LOCK function locks each sensor individually and prohibits the user from switching sensors on the locked channels. This may be password-protected. The sensor lock is set to ON or OFF. After selecting ON, a screen is displayed showing the sensor channel number, serial number, and the message ‘NOW LOCKED’. When the sensor lock is ON, the thermo-hygrometer measures only on that channel using the sensor that was attached when sensor lock was set ON. This can be used to prevent inadvertent attachment of an uncalibrated sensor or one that is not in the desired location. It uses the sensor serial number to identify the sensor. To exchange a different sensor, the sensor lock must be set to OFF.

Sensor Cal

The SENSOR CAL function allows the sensor parameters to be edited. This function is always password-protected. If an incorrect password or no password is entered, the parameters are displayed but cannot be edited. If a correct password is entered, the channel, sensor model, sensor serial number, and sensor ID are displayed. Select the sensor channel of the parameters to edit and then select the E button. The sensor parameters are displayed for editing.
