3. Defrost Flow Chart

The defrosting shall proceed by the integrating operation time, outdoor temperature and outdoor heat exchanger temperature as follows.

Heating operation start : Compressor ON

(Not defrosted for 10 minutes)

Normal defrost

Integrating defrost

Outside air temp. > -10°C= (14°F)

Outdoor HEX temp.

Below - 17°C(1.4°F)

Outside air temp. < -10°C(14°F)

Outdoor HEX temp.

-Outside air temp. Below - 7°C(-44.6°F) or

Outdoor HEX temp. Below - 20°C(-4°F)
