8.2.4Connection Blade 10 GbE Switch/IBP 18/8
The Connection Blade 10 GbE Switch/IBP 18/8 can be used as a
–18 internal
–8 external
This connection blade can be used in all connection blade slots, see figure "Connection blade slots" on page 108.
If the connection blade is installed in one of the slots CB 2, CB 3 or CB 4, the server blades must have corresponding 10 GbE mezzanine cards. For more information, see the operating manuals for the relevant server blades and the manual "PRIMERGY 10GbE Connection Blade 18/8 User Guide" and " スイッ チブレード（10Gbps 18/8）取扱説明書 " (for the Japanese market).
