1Coloque la sonda fuera de la carne a lo largo de la parte superior o lateral y marque con su dedo la parte donde la carne se encuentra con la sonda. El punto debe caer en

el centro de la parte carnosa más gruesa del bistec.

2Inserte la sonda completamente dentro de la carne. La sonda no debe tocar el hueso, la grasa o el cartílago.

Para bistecs sin hueso, inserte la sonda dentro de la parte carnosa del bistec. Para jamón o cordero con hueso, inserte la sonda dentro del centro del músculo grande más interno o la articulación.

Inserte la sonda dentro del centro de platos como rollos de carne o cacerolas. Cuando cocine pescado, inserte la sonda justo por encima de la agalla en el área más carnosa, paralelo a la columna vertebral.

Inserte la sonda en la parte más carnosa de la parte interna del muslo desde abajo y en paralelo a la pierna de un pavo completo.
