3Press Enter.

1:Speed Dial will display.

4Press Enter.

01:Unassigned will display.

The first unassigned speed dial number is shown. You can use the

arrow buttons (

) to scroll through the list.

5Press Enter.

6Enter the name of the person (up to 20 characters) and press Enter. See “Entering dates, times, text, and telephone numbers” on page 5.

7Enter the fax number of the person and press Enter.

8Enter the telephone number of the person and press Enter.

9Repeat Steps 2–7 to enter another Speed Dial Code.

10Press Cancel repeatedly to exit the menus

Tip! Either the fax number or telephone number is optional.
