Reducing Copies

To reduce the size of your copies follow these steps.

1Press the Menu button.

1:Fax Functions will display.

2Press 4.

4:Basic Setup will display.

3Press Enter.

1:Date & Time will display.

4Press 5.

5:Copy Reduction will display.

5Press Enter.

100% * will display.

6 Use the arrow buttons (

) to scroll to the option you want and press

Enter.

 

7Press the Cancel button repeatedly to exit the menu. The available options are:

•50%—minimum

•72%—Legal to Letter

•87%—Letter to A4 or A4 to Letter

•92% —Full/Entire Page

•100% (default)
