Fax reduction

You can set a percentage for received faxes to be reduced. Follow these steps.

1Press the Menu button.

1:Fax Functions will display.

2Press 7.

7:Advanced Setup will display.

3Press Enter.

1:Scan & Fax will display.

4Press 2.

2:Fax Reduction will display.

5Press Enter.

92% * will display.

6 Use the arrow buttons (	) to scroll to the option you want and press
Enter.
The available options are:

•50%—minimum

•72%—Legal to Letter

•87%—Letter to A4 or A4 to Letter

•92% —Full/Entire Page (default)

•100%
