12-2#2Assume you are travelling away from home and want to check your answering machine and change your PIN code.

Your PIN code is 123. You want to change the PIN code to 456.

1Dial the fax machine.

2While your outgoing greeting is playing, press *123.

3To listen to messages, press 1. Message 1 begins to play.

4To skip Message 1, press 2. Message 2 begins to play.

5To skip message 2, press 2. Message 3 begins to play

6To erase Message 3, press 8*.

7Message 3 is erased and you return to the main menu.

8To change the PIN code, press 6 then 456*.

Tip! If you think you made a mistake, for example, by pressing 6 455, just press # to return to the main menu, then press 6 456*.

Important: Press numbers firmly. Entering the numbers too quickly can cause them not to register.
