•Press the Menu button to access the menu system.

•If you know the menu item number, press that number. For example, you can get to 4:Basic Setup either by pressing 4 or by using the

arrow buttons (

).

 

• Use the arrow buttons (

) to scroll through the options on a

particular level.

 

 

•Use the Enter button to select a menu option.

•Use the Cancel button to back up a level in the menu.

•Press the Cancel button repeatedly to exit the menus.

1Press the Menu button.

1:Fax Functions will display.

2Press 4.

4:Basic Setup will display.

3Press Enter.

1:Date & Time will display.

4Press 4.

4:Resolution will display.
