Fax Functions

Fax forwarding allows you to forward incoming faxes to another fax machine. To use fax forwarding follow these steps.

1Press the Menu button.

1:Fax Functions will display.

2Press Enter.

1:Send Fax Later will display.

3Press 3.

3:Fax Forwarding will display.

4 Press Enter.

Cancel * will display.

5 Press the right arrow button ( ) to scroll to Set Up and press Enter.

Enter Fax Number will display.

6Enter the fax number for the faxes to be sent to and press Enter.

7Press the Cancel button repeatedly to exit the menus.

Note: If the fax cannot be forwarded, it will print at your HP Fax rather than the remote location.

All received faxes remain in the fax memory and can be printed using Reprint Faxes. See “Printing Faxes Stored in Memory” on page 63.

----#Follow these steps to turn off fax forwarding.

1 Repeat Steps 1-4 above.

2 Press the right arrow button ( ) to scroll to Cancel and press Enter.
