Solving Battery Pack and Battery Gauge Problems
Problem
Notebook won’t turn on when battery pack is inserted and power cord is unplugged.
Probable Cause
Battery pack is discharged.
Solution
•Connect the Notebook to an external power source and charge the battery pack;
OR
•Replace the battery pack with a fully charged battery pack.
Check the battery connectors on the system board to ensure that they are evenly spaced and not bent or broken.
