Keyboard
To remove the keyboard, complete the following steps:
1.Prepare the Notebook for disassembly (pg 4).
2.Remove the cosmetic side covers (pg 7).
3.Remove the Internet Button Board Cover (pg 23).
4.Lift the back of the keyboard and disconnect the flex cable from the ZIF Connector on the system board.
5.Remove the keyboard from the unit.
Note: When replacing the keyboard, the Keyboard Ribbon Cable should fold behind the ZIF Connectors rather than underneath the keyboard.
