2.Check to find out if an RFU is available. If it is, perform the RFU
3.If the RFU fails, check the description in the engine event log. The event log identifies the type of 99 error. If it is failing because the firmware is the latest available, an upgrade is not necessary and the error can be ignored.
4.Make sure that the formatter and output device connections are secure.
