Una stazione non può essere memorizzata contemporaneamente in più di una preselezione. Nota i tasti da 1 a 6 presenti sul telecomando servono a richiamare la stazione emittente in memoria, ma non hanno la possibilità di effettuare nuove preselezioni. Questa operazione è possibile solo dal pannello frontale. Questi stessi tasti possono essere utilizzati, durante la riproduzione del CD, per accedere direttamente alle tracce del disco fino alla 6a traccia.
