1.On the File menu in the software program, click Print.

2.Select the product, and then click the Properties or Preferences button.

3.Click the Advanced tab.

4.Expand the Document Options section.

5.Expand the Printer Features section.

6.In the Print All Text as Black drop-down list, select the Enabled option.
