1.Inspectwheretheaccess pointwill bemountedand
determinewhathardwareisneeded. Different
surfaces suchasdrywall, wood,andconcreteblock
requiredifferent mountinghardware.Forthisreason,
auniversalmountingbracketisincludedwiththe
access point.
2.Removethemountingplatefrom thebottomofthe
access point.
3.Usingthemountingplateasatemplate,markwhere
theanchorsthatsecurethemountingplatetothe
surfaceshouldbelocated.
4.Attachtheaccess point mountingplatetothewall or
ceilingwith2Ix1/4Idiameterlagscrewsorbolts,
dependinguponthesurface.Themountingplate
mustbesecuredtothesurfacebyatleastfour
anchors,one oneachcorner.
5.Reattachtheaccess point tothemountingplate.
6.Makeall Ethernetconnections.See Connectingto
Ethernet.
7.Makeall power connections.See ApplyingPoweron

8.Watchtheindicatorlightstoverifythattheaccess
pointisworkingproperly.SeeSection6,Indicator
