Error Status

Description

Hardware errors 1, 2, and 3

These errors indicate an internal hard- ware error or malfunction. The errors can occur when you apply power to the access point. If it encounters a hardware error, it no longer functions.

Internal serial loop-

This failure occurs if the access point

cases, the unit continues to operate nor-

 

mally, but the error condition still exists.

Internal MACE

This failure occurs if the access point

MODE

The right STATUS light is labeled MODE. It indicates the current status of the access point (Table 6-3).
