Cleaning the Feed Roller (inside the Tray)

The accumulation of paper dust and other debris on the media rollers can cause media-feeding problems.

1 Pull the tray out of the printer

2 While pushing down the shaft of the feed roller, widen the tab of the feed roller to loosen it (1) and then slowly remove the feed roller from the shaft on the tray

(2).

3 Clean the feed rollers by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth.
