Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution / Answer
Toner low light sequence	To extend toner cartridge life somewhat, remove the cartridge. Gently shake the toner
comes on	cartridge from side to side and front to back several times to redistribute the toner, and
	reinsert it. Repeat this procedure multiple times. If the print remains faded, replace the toner
	cartridge. See Changing the toner cartridge on page 68 for help.

Paper stacks poorly in	1	Turn the loaded paper stack over.
