The SCS products have a replaceable long-life Lithium battery for support the sys- tem BIOS, which will likely never need field replacement. However, if it must be replaced, the following caution statement applies:

RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCOR- RECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF UNUSED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.
