Setting Address Options

Before sending a message, you have the option of modifying the list of message recipients.

•When you have finished recording your message, press O [6] to access the Addressing Options menu.

If you wish, you can now choose to review the list of recipients, add or delete a recipient, or add a "cc" recipient to the list.

X [9]	Return to the previous menu or exit from Add Recipient mode

Tip: When adding recipients, enter the extension number for the recipients in the Company Directory

Setting User Options

To program user options

1.Dial the Speech Server extension number. Login if necessary.

2.Say "Messenger."

3.Press U [8] to change user options. Choose from the options provided:

N [6]	Change your recorded name
P [7]	Change your PIN

Exit to main menu

Tip: All User Options (greetings, call forwarding, recording names, changing PIN, changing fax forward number) can be programmed using voice commands on your phone. In addition, you can program call forwarding (Mobility), fax forward number, and the three options listed in the table, using the Personal Directory Web Page.
