Setting Address Options
Before sending a message, you have the option of modifying the list of message recipients.
• When you have finished recording your message, press O[6] to access the Addressing
Options menu.
If you wish, you can now choose to review the list of recipients, add or delete a recipient, or
add a "cc" recipientto the list.
Setting User Options
To program user options
1. Dial the Speech Server extension number. Login if necessary.
2. Say "Messenger."
3. Press U[8] to change user options. Choose from the options provided:

A[2] Add a recipientto the list
D[3] Delete a recipient from the lis t
G[4] Add a 'cc' recipient to the lis t
R[7] Reviewthe list of recipients
X[9] Returnto theprevious menu or exit from Add Recipient mode
Tip: When adding recipients, enter the extension number for the recipients in the
Company Directory

G[4] Change your recordedgreeting(s)
N[6] Change yourrecorded name
P[7] Change yourPIN
X[9] Exit to main menu
Tip: All User Options (greetings, call forwarding, recording names, changing PIN,
changing fax forward number) can be programmed using voice commands on your
phone. In addition, you c anp rogram call forwarding ( Mobility), fax forward numb er,and
the three options listed in the table, using the Personal Directory Web Page.
