Before you begin, do the following:

• Remove the backup batteries

• Remove the main battery

Daughterboard• Remove the display assembly

• Remove the keyboard

Caution: To prevent ESD damage to components, wear a grounding wriststrap. Review the ESD precautions in Bulletins/Safety.
