Description
Specifies the width of Pen 0 - 15 for the menu palette to be used in GL/2 drawings.
The specified width is invalid if PALETTE is not selected as PALETTE SOURCE, and the default pen width in this case is 0.35mm.
This will not affect GL/2 mode in PCL.
