Solution

Check the character size of the screenshot by clicking “Display” of “Personalize”.

If the character size is set to “Larger scale”, set it to “Default scale”.

1 Right-click on the desktop.
2 Click “Personalize”.
3 Click “Display”.	英語版必要
4 Select “Small-100% (Default scale)” for the character size
of the screenshot, click the [Apply] button, and reboot the
personal computer.
