You can make the LCD monitor screen easier to see by pressing [LCD MODE] for 1 second and then pressing 3/4 to select a mode.

The camera automatically sets the aperture value and the shutter speed according to the brightness of the subject.

Phase difference AF is activated when taking pictures with the Viewfinder.

•Remove the lens cap.

•Turn the camera on. (P24)

•Set the drive mode lever to [].

•“AFS” is an abbreviation of “Auto Focus Single”. The focus is fixed when you press the shutter button halfway.
