Timer Controlled Communications

General Description

You can send document(s) to one or multiple stations at any preset time within the next 24 hours. Up to 50 built-in timers can be set for deferred communication.

Deferred Transmission

Make sure that the FAX/EMAIL lamp is ON. If not, press to select the "FAX/EMAIL" mode.

Enter the start time from the keypad. (Use a 4-digit, 24-hour clock)

Dial by any combination of the following methods:

•One-Touch Dialling

•Abbreviated Dialling

• Manual Number Dialling, press	SET	after each
station is entered (up to 30 stations)
• Directory Search Dialling, press		after each
	SET
station is entered
