User Parameters

Your facsimile machine has several basic settings (User Parameters) to help you keep records of the

documents you send or receive. For example, the buil t-in clock keeps the current date and time, and your

LOGO and ID Number help to identify you when you send or receive documents.

These parameters can be programmed via your PC by using the Configuration Ed itor included with the

Panasonic Document Management System software CD-ROM (inc luded with the machine).

Follow the Operating Instructions included with the Pan asonic Document Management System application.

At standby the display will show the date and time. On ce the standby display is set, it will automatically be

updated.

Make sure that the FAX/EMAIL lamp is ON. If not, press to select the "FAX/EMAIL" mode.
