To help you maintain records of the documents you sent and received, as well as lists of the numbers you

record, your facsimile machine is equipped to print the following j ournals and lists: Transaction Journal,

Individual Transmission Journal, Communication Jour nal, One-Touch/Abbreviated/Directory Search No.

List, Program List, Fax Parameter List, Directory Sheet and File List.

The "Journal" is a record of the last 100 transactions (a transac tion is recorded each time you send or

receive a document). It is printed out automatically after e very 100 transactions (See Note 1) or you can

print or view it manually by using the following procedur e:

Make sure that the FAX/EMAIL lamp is ON. If not, press to select the "FAX/EMAIL" mode.
