Edit File Mode

Your machine has a document image memory which enables you to reserve memory transm ission, memory
deferred transmission, memory polling and so on.
After reserving the communications in memory, you may need to change the settings of the
communication(s) while it is still in memory. This section describes how to us e the file editing features.
The contents of the communication settings may have to b e modified or deleted. To verify the contents,
follow the steps below to print out a file list.
Make sure that the FAX/EMAIL lamp is ON. If not, press to select the "FAX/EMAIL" mode.

(2) Communication type
(3) Stored date/time Date/time that these files were stored.
(4) Executing time If the file is a Timer Controlled Comm unication, the start time is printed in this
column.
If the file is an incomplete file, "INCOMP" is printed in this column.
