Making a phone call using the navigator directory

Before using this feature, program the desired names and telephone numbers into the navigator directory (page 41, 42).

1 Press {<} or {>}.

Directory list V^ )=Caller’s list

2 Press {e} or {v} until the desired entry is displayed.

LIf the desired name has not been stored, press {OFF} and dial the number manually.

3 Press {TALK} or {SP-PHONE}.

LThe unit will start dialing automatically.

1 Press {>}.

LConfirm that there are no documents in the document entrance.

2 Press {+} or {-}until the desired entry is displayed.

LIf the desired name has not been stored, press {STOP} and dial the number manually.

3 Press {DIGITAL SP-PHONE}on the base unit, or lift the handset and press {TALK}or {SP-PHONE}on the handset.
