Erasing caller information

You can erase all or specific caller information. Once erased, it cannot be accessed from either the handset or the base unit.

1 Lift the handset and press {e} or {v}.

Example:

0 new call V^ )=Directory

2 Press {CLEAR}.

)Exit All clear

V^ )=Yes

3 Press {e} or {v} repeatedly until the arrow points to “All clear”.

Exit )All clear

V^ )=Yes

LTo cancel erasing, press {OFF}.

4 Press {>} or {CLEAR}.

1 Lift the handset and press {e} or {v}.

Example:

2 new calls

V^ )=Directory

2 Press {e} or {v} repeatedly until the desired entry is displayed.

Example: CINDY TURNER 1-234-456-7890 11:20A JAN12

3 Press {CLEAR}.

LTo erase other entries, repeat steps 2 and 3.

4 Press {OFF} to exit the program.
