Sending Faxes

Broadcast transmission

This feature is useful for sending the same document to more than one party (up to 20 entries). First program the entries, then see page 61 for transmission.

Programming entries into the broadcast memory

{STOP}

{MENU} {SET}

{+}{-}

1 Press {MENU} repeatedly until the following is displayed.

DIRECTORY SET

NAVI.=@ BROAD=#

2 Press {#}.

DIR= [00]

NAVI.[+ -] & SET

Note:

LIf you program the wrong entry, press

{STOP} after step 4 to erase the entry.

LConfirm the stored entries by printing a broadcast programming list (page 111).

LThe number in brackets indicates the number of registered entries.

Press {+} or {-}until the desired entry is displayed.

Example: MIKE

1-987-654-3210

Press {SET}.

Example:	DIR=MIKE	[01]
	STORE:PRESS	SET

LTo program other entries, repeat steps 3 and 4 (up to 20 entries).

5 Press {SET} to exit the program.
