Call Forwarding — No Answer

Your calls are forwarded to another extension when you do not answer the call within a pre-determined time.

1.Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE/MONITORbutton.

2.Press the FWD/DND button.

•You may dial the feature number (710) instead.

3.Dial 4.

4.Dial the extension number where you wish to forward the call.

•You hear a confirmation tone and then a dial tone.

•The display shows: <Example>

FWD(NA) Extxx

Extension number where the call is to be forwarded

• The FWD/DND indicator light flashes red slowly.

5.Hang up or press the SP-PHONE/MONITOR button.
