Memory full

Fax memory full! If the fax memory is full, no fax messages

 

 

 

can be received. Print the stored fax messages so that the de-

An error has occurred during printing of the received fax

 

 

 

message.

 

 

 

Check whether the device cover is open.

Received document error

The received fax message is possibly incomplete Ask the

 

 

 

sender to check the length of the fax message. It is possible

 

 

the message is too long to be able to transmit in full.

 

 

 

 

No document to be polled

In selected devices, no documents lay ready which could be

 

 

 

retrieved. Perhaps the sender’s device is not ready or the

 

 

document is no longer available.

 

 

 

 

Incompatible coding

Fax transmission to mailbox: The mailbox number entered

 

 

 

does not exist at the recipient’s side.

 

 

 

 

Unknown Mailbox number

Fax polling from a mailbox: The mailbox number entered

 

 

 

does not exist at the recipient’s side.
