guages/audiosystems may only be possible

!Onlydigital output of DTS audio is possible. If
thisunits optical digital outputs are not con-
nected,DTS audio will not be output, so select
anaudio setting other than DTS.
!Whilethe audio selection icon is displayed,
youcan also switch to a desired audio lan-
guagenumber using NUMBER.
!Displayindications such as Dolby D and
5.1chindicate the audio system recorded on
theDVD. Depending on the setting, playback
maynot be with the same audio system as
thatindicated.
Changing the subtitle

WithDVDs featuring multi-subtitle recordings,
youcan switch between subtitle languages
duringplayback.
1 PressSUBTITLE (S.TITILE) during play-
back.
Thesubtitle selection icon isdisplayed for
eightseconds.
2 PressSUBTITLE (S.TITILE) while the sub-
titleselection icon is displayed.
Thesubtitle language changes each time you
pressSUBTITLE (S.TITILE).

back.
!Duringplayback of a scene shot frommul-
tipleangles, the angle icon isdis-
played.Turn angle icon display on or off
usingSET-UP MENU. For details, refer to
Settingangle icon display on page 78.
1 PressANGLE during playback of a scene
shotfrom multiple angles.
Theangle icon andangle number are
displayedfor eight seconds.
2 PressANGLE while the angle icon and
anglenumber are displayed.
Theangle changes each time you press
ANGLE.
