1ROMindicator
Showswhen the MP3/WMA file is playing.
Whenplaying discs with MP3/WMA files
andaudio data (CD-DA) such as CD-EXTRA
andMIXED-MODE CDs, CD/ROM is dis-
played.
2Foldernumber indicator
Showsthe number of folder currently play-
ing.
!Onthe head units display, if the folder
numberis more than 100, Fin the folder
numberindicator disappears.
3Playtime indicator
Showsthe elapsed playing time of the cur-
renttrack.
!Ifthe play time is more than 100 minutes,
onlythe last two digits of play time (min-
ute)is displayed on the head units dis-
play.
4Tracknumber indicator
Showsthe track currently playing.
!Ifa track number 100 to 199 is selected,
dwilllight up above the last two digits
ofthe track number.
!Ifa track number 200 or more is selected,
dwillblink above the last two digits of
thetrack number.
Basic operation of MP3/WMA
1 Pressror qto select a folder.
#Youcannot select a folder that does not have
anMP3/WMA file recorded in it.
#Toreturn to folder 01 (ROOT), press and hold
BAND.However, if folder 01 (ROOT) contains no
files,playback commences with folder 02.
2 Toperform fast forward or reverse,
pressand hold mor n.
#Thisis fast forward and reverse operation only
forthe file being played. This operation is can-
celedwhen the previous or next file is reached.
#Ifthe remote control is set to DVH mode, o
andpare assigned to other functions. Use
mandninstead for the DVD mode functions
controlledby oand p.
3 Toskip back or forward to another
track,press oor p.
Pressingpskips to the start of the next
track.Pressing oonce skips to the start of
thecurrent track. Pressing again will skip to
theprevious track.
