Setting random play
Randomplay lets you play back tracks on the
CDin a random order.

Setting scan play
Scanplay lets you hear the first 10 seconds of

Thisswitches you to the selected setting.

3 Whenyou find the desired track, move

Note
Afterscanning of a CD is finished, normal play-
backof the tracks will begin again.
Pausing CD playback
Pauselets you temporarily stop disc playback.

Theicon eis displayed and playback is
paused,letting you view a still image.
#Toresume playback at the same point that you
turnedpause on, press fagain.
Using CD TEXT functions
Somediscs have certain information encoded
onthe disc during manufacture. These discs
maycontain such information as the CD title,
tracktitle, artists name and playback time
andare called CD TEXT discs. Only these spe-
ciallyencoded CD TEXT discs support the
functionslisted below.
