Note
Selectinga cross-over frequency is to set a cross-
overfrequency of the subwoofer s L.P.F.(low-pass
filter)and that of the SML speaker H.P.F.(high-
passfilter). The cross-over frequency setting has
noeffect if the subwoofer is set to OFF and other
speakersare set to LRG or OFF.
Adjusting the speakeroutput levels
Youcan readjust the speaker output levels
usinga test tone while listening to music.
1 PressA and hold until FRONT appears
inthe display, then press A to select FRT-L.
AfterFRONT is displayed, press Auntil FRT-L
appearsin the display.

Note
Toadjust the speaker output levels in this mode is
thesame as making the speaker output levels at
TTONE. Both provide the same results.
Adjusting the speaker outputlevels using a test tone
Aconvenient test tone allows you to easily get
theoverall balance right among the speakers.
1 PressA and hold until FRONT appears
inthe display, then press A to select
TTONE.
AfterFRONT is displayed, press Auntil
TTONE appears in the display.
2 Pressnto start the test tone output.
Thetest tone is outputted. It rotates from
speakerto speaker in the following sequence
atintervals of about two seconds.The current
settingsfor the speaker over which you hear
thetest tone are shown in the display.
