Manage Contacts and Directories

Your Contact Directory, your Favorites list, and the Corporate Directory help you manage and organize the contacts on your phone.

Use Your Contact Directory

You can store a large number of contacts in your phone’s Contact Directory, displayed next. Contact your administrator for the capacity of your local Contact Directory.

Contact Directory

From your local Contact Directory, you can perform the following tasks:

●View contact information.

●Search for contacts.

●Dial contacts.

●Add contacts.

●Update contact information.

●Delete contacts.

To view your Contact Directory from Home view:

»Do one of the following:

Tap Directories > Contact Directory.

Tap New Call > Directory.

From your Contact Directory, scroll to view contacts or tap Search to find a contact.
