Polycom CX5500 Unified Conference Station for Microsoft Lync User Guide

To view contact information:

»From your Contact Directory, tap a contact.

The contact’s information screen, as shown next, includes the contact’s name and phone number.

Additional information, such as a job title, label, or email address, can also display.

To search for a contact:

1From your Contact Directory, tap Search.

2From the Search screen, enter your search criteria, tap , and tap Search. A list of search results displays.

3Tap Return to display your Contact Directory again.

To dial a contact:

1From your Contact Directory, tap the contact you want to call.

2From the contact’s information screen, tap the contact’s phone number in green, as shown next.

To add a contact:

1From your Contact Directory, tap .

2From the Add Contact screen, enter your contact’s information:

Tap First Name and enter the contact’s first name.
