This section describes the communication features of the Energy

Management System (EMS) Upgrade Kit (EMS−UGK):

SSerial port (Service)

SX−Slot card (Power Xpert Gateway Series 1000 Card)

SRelay output contacts (Alarm Relay)

SProgrammable signal inputs (Building Alarms)

Figure 20 shows the location of the communication features.
