2.While you pull outward on this panel, lift the front of the unit to expose the paper tractors. The top of the unit will support itself in the up position while you load paper.
3.To load paper or forms, open the door on each tractor and position the holes in the paper over the pins in the tractors; then close the doors.
4.If the tractors are not set at the proper width for the paper you are loading, simply move the lever beside the right tractor door to the open position and the tractor will slide sideways.
5.The tractors should be spaced far enough apart so that the paper does not buckle in the center, but not so tight that the pins in the tractors distort the holes in the paper.
Note: The left tractor position is not adjustable. If it is necessary to adjust where printing begins, refer to “Aligning Print” in the “DAILY OPERATION” section of this manual.
A properly installed form is shown below.
Note: The form does not extend above the top of the tractor doors.
