This item selects whether the Draft Font (DF) or the Fast Draft (FD) font will
be selected when the printer receives a “select draft font” command from
the host computer. This will allow the Fast Draft font to be used with
programs which would not be able to otherwise.

This item may be used to select High Impact for improved printing on
multipart forms that do not otherwise print well on the back copies.
